Why do I have to pay to receive the weekly updates

It's ridiculously greedy for a <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.nurture">pregnancy app</a> to not allow you to read the "your baby this week" updates unless you pay. This definitely gives you a 1 star review and is losing you users.
