What changes for a girl when she gets her period for a sports physical ?im worried

Nothing changes about the physical itself, you will still get the same physical test as everyone else… But, you will have your period. So you’ll just need to use feminine products. You may also want to take some ibuprofen before you go to get rid of any cramps or any other physical symptoms you might have That could possibly interfere with your physical. Are you talking about a pap smear or something like that? They wont do that just because you got your period. I dont think much will change for a sports physical. They may ask about your period. But i doubt they will do anything else.
