I had a baby girl last October and she was born at 26.5 weeks. I had pre-eclampsia and found out after the baby came I have a fatty liver. It all started with a trip to the ER for the amount of swelling i had landed me on bed rest and a resident in the hospital until baby was born. They started me on magnesium and monitored baby. Her heart rate would randomly dip low, after only 2 days in the hospital at 5:55am I had some spotting, docs checked and rushed me to OR and said that they think my placenta detached. Nova Lynn was born 1.5 lbs and was revived at birth. she was on r different kinds of ventilators and had a PDA ligation and had to have so much medicine to keep her alive her veins were weepy? and caused her to swell double her size in 2 months. On Dec 5 she was took off all but one ventilator and was doing great and hopes were high.. On Dec 6 she passed away. Sorry for such a long story but I was just wondering, Has anybody had a hard time getting pregnant after having a placenta detach? It has been very hard to even try thinking about starting again because I'm so scared but I know I was born to be a mother.
