Vacationing and dieting?
Currently visiting my aunt and cousins in new york. We’re going to be going out to different places and I want to enjoy myself, but I feel a bit bad about eating unhealthy foods while we’re out. Half of me is saying not to worry and eat whatever you want, but the other is saying that I have weight loss goals to reach and I can’t just be “eating whatever I want.” Is there any way I can reach a middle ground? What do you guys do while you’re dieting but also going on vacation? I’d hate to turn down some delicious foods for the sake of being strict.
