So my husband and I are looking to move next summer because we really want to own a house and California is just too much on a teacher’s salary, especially Monterey 😭

We are hoping for some suggestions! It’s so hard to move out of state without suggestions on safety, Home prices, teacher salary... etc. We would love some land but also not far from civilization 😂

Do any of you absolutely LOVE where you live and would recommend we check it out??
