Week 11 : Eating

I'm 11 weeks 3 days. What is eating in general like for everyone else? I'm finding that foods sound good, but I can only manage to eat about 1/3 of what I used to eat before pregnancy. I have a constant barely there "icky" feeling and have not gained any weight yet. I'm 5 foot 8 and 168 lbs.
