Lube while breastfeeding???

Question

I got a little surprise for me and my husband to use today but now that I’m home I just noticed on the bottle of lube it says “do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding unless prescribed by doctor”????? Is it safe to use if I’m breastfeeding? I don’t see why it wouldn’t be but I don’t want to do anything bad

I would probably search the ingredients on google! Or maybe even search for the brand name, along with “while breastfeeding” because it’s possible that other women has asked their OBs, and then reported that online, but I’m pretty sure that drug companies (I think lube is in the same grouping as medications) are required to put that on their labels to protect themselves from lawsuits 🤷‍♀️
