Some tips to make it safer? My newborn will not sleep anywhere but my arms and I've decided not to fight it. I have tried the side sleeper and a bassinet beside the bed, she just isn't having it. We have gotten rid of our bed frame and sleep with a fitted sheet and blankets that come to our waist, baby is safe from our blankets and pillows and I am aware of her when I am sleeping. she sleeps at my boobs with her head on the inside of my elbow on her side (she will not sleep on her back)
