So I have pcos but I've finally got in a regular cycle and I've been trying to use opk's but I'm not really good at determining when I'm ovulating I got one positive last cycle but I didn't have fertile mucus and I didn't conceive. I have a daughter and I conceived her by checking my cervical mucus. But by my last period I was suppose to be ovulating today and I've had all the egg white mucus extremely heavy amounts of it but yet the opk's are still very faint (negative). What does this mean? Should I go by the opk or the mucus and date by tracking? Not sure if my pcos is effecting the opk's?
