am i or am i not

hii i am new here just a question i don't expect anyone to know this i just hope you ladys might experience it i been spotting on and off 3days cramps like a little bit not at all like one from aunt fro back hurts just low and bens in my side why am i pregnant or am i not i hope so so badly we been trying for couple of years. and nothing just keep getting let down cause period pops up on me soo anyone i know to test but i have never had this problem before im a parent with 3 kids now but this one well be last then im. done lol
