Hey ladies.. ive been down about my weight and ive heard good things about keto diets... wondering how long does it last meaning if i stopped keto after getting results but continued to eat healthy?? Any recipes (pics) ?? I really want to try this.. do you have to exercise i rarely have the time i work from 12:30-9pm m-f on weekends im trying to rest im lazy ugh 😑 i use to have so much energy feeling confident now i feel like a lump of shit 🙃 anyways ladies help a sister out!
