fitness progress
So I haven’t been able to do any hardcore workouts because of a TBI I sustained this last year. My doctor finally cleared me to start working out last month and im already seeing progress! Only weighed about 120 at my heaviest, but it was a lot for my height. Now I’m back to 110 and the body fat is dropping every day:)
