Has anyone experienced their baby gagging on their spit/drool in their sleep which caused then vomit from coughing? My LO was coughing from his spit so I picked him up and Held him face down on my arm and let him cough it up himself since there’s nothing solid for me to physically remove myself, he puked twice and was fine, not a large amount but forceful. I layed him on his tummy and about 5 minutes later he was heaving to puke, he didn’t get much up but it freaked me out. Was this second bout due to his tummy being upset the first time after gagging? He has been perfectly fine all day and night, no fever, diarrhea, change In appetite, or any other unusual symptoms. After I held him for a bit I’ve laid him on his back inclined a bit and he seems just fine now.
