Earlier today just as I had finished going to the bathroom I got into the shower and was letting the water warm up and while I was leaning forward (not trying to let the freezing water hit my back) I felt a deep rumbling or vibrating low in my abdomen and could hear a low hum during each vibration it happened for a few seconds stopped then again and during the third little rumble I felt a little wetness

Has anyone had this vibration feeling

Is this something I should be alarmed about?
