Extreme pain

Last night I cried for probably 20 minutes..woke up this morning with an intense headache only on my right side...woke up nauseous as can be can't even smell anything right now or I will vomit anyone else experience this and what did they do to make it feel better.

I ate saltine crackers and took a Tylenol but I'm in so much pain that i seriously want to cry but then it'll make it worse I think..
