day 6 with a headache

title says it all. I've woken up with a headache that wont go away for the past week. I just want to feel better and tylenol is not working. 😫

UPDATE: I'm trying to use a essential oil necklace with lavender in to try and help my headache since the extra strength tylenol isnt working. .

UPDATE: the essential oil necklace isnt working. I tried eating even though I've been nauseous, that just made it worse I feel like. I just want to sleep all day. I feel like crap. ugh..

I caved and called my LnD to see if I could take anything else. nope. they told me I pretty much just have to suffer through the migraine. so excuse me while I go cry in a dark room.
