Is this for real?!?!

Hi everyone! I’m supposed to be getting my period in 2 days so I took these tests early. The fainter one was my second urine I took about 45 minutes later. We weren’t sure how easily we’d conceive naturally so I did not expect this whatsoever. I’m slightly concerned because I was just on antibiotics (amoxicillin) for 10 days for a wicked UTI/possible kidney infection and then I thought it gave me a yeast infection so I used Monestat last night. Any thoughts on these/ should I be concerned/ is this real or a false positive?!
