So, AF is 7 days late. Usually when I'm late it's usually only by a day or two and I spot for a day or two before hand. My husband and I use the pull out method (I know, not super secure) and we did have sex during my ovulation window (according to glow). I did test on the first day AF was supposed to arrive and it was negative. I always get a bit nauseous before AF shows but I have been more nauseous lately, slightly dizzy, and also have felt a little crampy/bloated. I feel as if AF is about to start or has started but when I go to the bathroom there is no blood. Also noticed last night my lower back started aching. Not sure if AF is about to show or what. I'm nervous to take another test because I really don't want to see another negative.
