Help!!!

So my SO and I have been TTC. We missed my ovulation bridge accidentally and we literally had sex the day after my ovulation period 7/12/18. So according to my period tracker o wasn’t supposed to come on my period until 7/24/18 which means I came in early However, this cycle is weird I’m having cramps(bearable) and I put a pad on before I went to bed last night when I woke up this morning there was nothing on the pad but there was blood on the tissue and in the toilet after I urinated..... I’m sooo lost somebody please help me 😩😩😩
