So I’m 15 weeks and I’m 100% sure I started having Braxton Hicks contractions last night. They started in my lower back and made their way to my front lower abdomen. They lasted anywhere from 45 seconds to 1 1/2 minutes and I had about 1-3 minutes in between each one. The entire pain lasted about 4 hours (9pm-1am) until the pain started to recede and I could fall asleep. Throughout the night, it would come and go but it didn’t last very long Nan’s I could fall back to sleep once it went away. The pain varies from an uncomfortable tightness in my uterus to actual sharp stabbing pains. I know that Braxton Hicks are normal in pregnancy but has anyone ever gotten it this early at 15 weeks? This is my second pregnancy, first child, my first pregnancy ended in a miscarriage at 7 weeks.
