My pup is in heat for the first time and bleeding EVERYWHERE

Not a huge amount, it’s not just streaming out of her, but it drips when she walks. It’s getting all over the floor and my bed.

Anyone just made a makeshift diaper out of a shirt and maxi pad? I’d use some of the baby’s diapers but she’s a big dog, and I don’t have time today to go to the store and pick up some puppy diapers because I have to go to work in a bit. Any help would be great.

EDIT: we plan on spaying her. No veg in my area will spay before their first heat cycle, so we have to wait until it’s over.
