Period Talk

I was on Depo for 9 months last year. I was supposed to get my next shot in October 2017. I didn’t get it and I started bleeding May 17th this year. At first it was a dark brown color now it’s a dark red. I never used to have clotting but now I do. The clotting isn’t terrible just abnormal for me. How long could it take for my period to regulate? Since I got my period, or bleeding, earlier than 9 months that I was on Depo. I really want to conceive but I’m feeling defeated every time I start to spot and the bleeding starts. What to do? Any advice?
