Is anyone else suffering from anxiety and a feeling of sadness as the first appointment looms? After miscarrying in December I am struggling to get fully excited about this pregnancy and fearing the worst at my first midwife appointment on 24th! No problems so far in this pregnancy and strong sickness over the past week so no signs to say anything is wrong, however, I am so upset and anxious and can’t seem to rid these emotions. Is this normal/hormones? 😢
