A sign it’s all over? Experience???

I took the Cytotec pills for a MMC/Blighted ovum 3 days ago. My levels were at 30,000 when I took them. I have passed a ton of tissue and whatnot but no heavy bleeding (only bleeding when I went to the washroom).

Day 3 now and most cramping is gone and bleeding slowed down a lot, however, I feel like I got hit by a truck (flu-ish without the flu, overall just blahhhh)

I didn’t feel like this the last time I took it but my levels were also only 4000. Could this feeling be the somewhat rapid depletion of hormones?
