I’m roughly 3-5 weeks pregnant, and today I’ve gotten white creamy discharge, then I got sticky clear discharge like stuff.

Milky white discharge is one of the earliest pregnancy symptoms. It's called leukorrhea and is due to the increase in estrogen once you become pregnant.
