so I woke up to regular contractions well they were 2-3 mins apart but after I called my OB she said I may want to go in if I'm concerned better safe but right after that my contractions all of a sudden vanished they just stopped.... I am so confused

I'm 38+1 and I have been pooping and feeling very sick to my tummy
