What should I wear?

I am traveling up to Canada soon to go to my uncles wedding! This outfit will be for the dinner wedding rehearsal. I have a general idea what I want to wear but which shirts? 1 or 2? Comment down below please💙 I’m 19 btw if it helps with any style for my age as well:)
