i met this kid at a party and we were talking all night about movies (we both LOVE them), and before i left he suggested we watch this movie. i forgot what it was called so i texted him a couple days later and asked for the name (the rest of the convo is in the pic). anyway i'm trying to plan this movie tonight, but i have a couple questions:

1) am i being too annoying by texting him, when i told him to text me how he was doing?

2) should i invite other people over, or have it be just us?

3) he and this other girl hang out all the time, and no one really knows if they're dating or not. he's tried to kiss her twice, but she swerved him both times. so do you think i even have a shot with this kid? or is he probably still hung up on the other girl?

UPDATE: we watched the movie last night and it went great! i was planning on watching it on an outdoor screen, but an unfortunate storm blew in, so we watched it inside. he was really cool about it just being the two of us, and we had fun hanging out before we started the movie. i sat down first because i wanted to see where he would sit, and blessed day! he chose to sit down right next to me.
