Workout issues...

I have incredibly weak knees. They are so weak, I can barley do a squat without pain shooting through them. I asked my doctor about this and she said it was actually not a knee problem, but a problem with my glute (booty) muscles. They are not strong enough.

Does anyone else have this problem? If so, how did you work out your 🍑 without your knees hurting like there’s no tomorrow?
