Period late, worried I could be pregnant

So my period is delayed by 2-3 days and I’m scared I may be pregnant, thing is I don’t know because I never had actual sexual intercourse however we did have some interaction or contact (our parts touched fo a long time). I felt something wet while having contact (not sure if it was from me or him, probably from me) also I wiped it off after wards and I don’t know but I’m scared, took a pregnancy test 2 days ago and was negative but period still won’t come

I’ve been having some symptoms such as tender breasts, craps, food craving, light headedness and a bloated belly. And my stomach is hurting when I press on it. So what do you think? Am I pregnant or is it just a late period?

Ps. I know ppl think you can’t get pregnant without doing the intercourse but their cum doesn’t only happen when doing it, t also have pre ejaculation that also holds sperm.
