I’m past my period and ovulation and I’m still cramping. I started to spot today so I’m wondering if I’m going to get my period again sooner. I commented earlier in the month about my Mirena coming out attached to my tampon on the 5th, we also had sex on my period that I forgot to log. I’m wondering if this is from a possible hormonal imbalance from having the Mirena out.. any ideas.

Update: I got my period (bleeding a lot) and I’m very crampy and feel like fainting
