Pregnant while on Paraguard?

I’m 5 days late.

I got Paraguard this year and have had pretty steady periods since April that are 20-23 days apart and last 4-6 days. Before that I had Mirena and didn’t have a period for 3 years. Without any sort of hormones, in the past I have had irregular periods.

I had sex July 4 with my fiancé unprotected. Last weekend I was super nauseous (woke me up in the middle of the night and I couldn’t sleep) with a 101 fever that lasted about 10 hours and then I just felt crummy until Tuesday. I didn’t think anything of it until a couple of my friends asked if I could be pregnant. Then I realized in the last week or so my overactive bladder has been acting up (which hasn’t been a problem since getting off gluten 4 years ago). That means my bladder is painful and I have frequent urination. I’ve had mild cramps in my back and felt like I was going to have a period but it never ever came. I’ve had white discharge which is normal for me before my period.

Last night I took a test and it was negative. This afternoon, pinkish blood with white discharge came out and I thought I had started so I put in a tampon. Hours later I took it out and it was bare.

I have no breast tenderness. I have some nausea after eating but nausea isn’t abnormal for me. Just needed to vent and looking for thoughts. It could be just stress I suppose. But I worry about ectopic pregnancy as well.

UPDATE: ok so I started yesterday and it is super light with bad cramps. I’m not complaining about a 29 day cycle compared to the 21 but I mean consistency would be nice.
