Does anyone else have awful lower abdomen pain after sex?

Okay so I have sex pretty regularly, but a few days after I’ve had sex i have AWFUL lower abdomen cramps. Almost like period cramps. My lower back hurts a bit too, but never as much as my tummy. I also bloat a lot. 
I’m pretty prone to bloating bc I have a gluten intolerance, but I’ve basically cut all gluten out of my diet, and I’ve made a connection between intercourse and bloating recently. I was just curious if anyone else had similar symptoms as me!

is he ehaculating in you? wondering if this pain is related to the physical penetration being too rough or the chemical reaction of semen inside of you. I know some semen can cause burning/allergic type reaction, and all semen causes contractions (a mechanism that brings semen closer to possible egg). maybe you're experiencing an extreme form of this

I only had that the first time I had sex, and it was minutes after intercourse. So I don't think having sex is what's causing the abdominal pain.
