Kinda nervous, CD 12 with ache in ovaries area

Hi, I did my first round of clomid CD3-7, 100mg. I’ve been taking at home opk tests, no surge yet. All day today I have been feeling sore around the ovaries. Is this normal? Is it a side effect of clomid? My nurse said that if I don’t get a surge by CD15/16, to call them for instructions on the trigger shot and IUI. This may sound silly but I’m super anxious that I’m ovulating already even though it’s too early. But I don’t know what this pain is. And I’ve had to pee a lot today. Totally confused 🤷🏻‍♀️.
