my eyes are too small to wear contacts?

so it’s my first time TRYING to put eye contacts in, i don’t know if i’m fucking scared! or my eye is too small for my contact i feel like my contacts are big. i have chinese eyes so its hard!! please someone help me trying to put my contacts on?!!! My body is so scared and won’t let me

I used to train people to put in contacts so here are the tips I give people:
1: Practice just touching the white part of your eyes first before trying to put in the contact.  The hardest part of learning to put in contacts is just being comfortable with touching your eye and 90% of it is mental.  Your body's natural reflex when something comes toward your eye is to close it so what you're trying to do is move past that reflex.  
2:  When you use your finger to keep your eyelid from blinking, hold your finger on your lash line, not your eyelid.  This was a common mistake most people made.  If your finger is on your eyelid, you can still close it, while on your lash line it's much harder. You may need to hold your lower lash line too until you get comfortable. 
3:  Make sure your fingers are dry.  Contacts tend to stick to the wettest surface they can find so I find that if my fingers are dry, they go on to my eye much easier. 
4: (and this is totally personal preference) Try turning your head to the side while putting your contacts in instead of straight ahead while looking in the mirror.  This gives you the largest white area possible to put the contact on and then you can slide it over to your iris.  That being said, I've seen several people able to put the contact directly on the iris without blinking so it's all going to be what works for you.
5: Use the hand you write with as the one you put the contact in with.  I don't why this works, but people seemed to have an easier time if they did it that way.  
6:  Don't go in too hard or too fast.  Also a common mistake; I saw more than one person literally poke themselves in the eye and the contact was still on their fingertip.  You want to try to have all the edges touch your eye at the same time and you're only going to press until you feel little bubbles popping under your finger which means that it's sticking to your eye.  And don't blink until you feel that popping.  Slowly move your finger away and do a slow, gentle blink.  Once you have the contact on your eye, it typically moves into the right position on its own with very little prompting from you.  
I'd also recommend checking out YouTube videos as well since it sometimes helps to watch someone else's methods.

I had a hard time in the beginning too. My husband taught me to hold the bottom eyelid down and look away.. then when the contact is touching my eye look straight again and move your finger away. Works every time for me... also helps if you put a drop or 2 of contact solution on the inside of the contact .. helps pull it to your eye.
