Cleaning while pregnant?

Do you ladies continue to use basic everyday cleaning products while pregnant? Such as bleach, glass cleaner, toilet cleaner, etc. Also how often do you clean and do you use gloves? or a mask?

I use only natural cleaners (even before becoming pregnant).  Better for your family and for the environment! I’ve done a lot research to make sure I’m using the best products that are also cost effective. 
My “all purpose” cleaner is just a spray bottle of vinegar and dish soap. 
My glass cleaner, dishwasher detergent, and wood polish are all from a brand called Ecos
My bleach is from Ecover
Laundry detergent is Purex Free and Clear
Dish soap is a brand called Seventh Generation (this is not actually the best for being super natural but the ones that are are just WAY too expensive)
I haven’t actually found anything I like for my toilets and bathtub yet that do an equally good job as the harsh chemicals, so I just have my husband do that cleaning while I’m pregnant.  If anyone has recommendations, let me know!

I still use the same cleaners. Bleach, mean green, everything. I just make sure to take breaks and try to open doors or windows. In the bathroom I turn the vent on.

Only natural ammonia free cleaners! Anything requiring stronger stuff like bleach I leave for my hubby.
