Gummy Prenatels Ok?

Question

I can't stomach regular pills due to size and the amount of iron. Is it OK to take gummies instead during pregnancy or are they lacking in nutrients? I'm 4 weeks 5 days today.

I'm not completely sure but I've read another post like this and a lot of people were saying the gummies dont have everything you need in them

My OB said she took VitaFusion prenatal gummies during her pregnancies because she had trouble keeping down the solid pills. They will check your iron, because gummies don’t have that. The “serving size” is 2 gummies per day.

My pharmacist actually reccomended them to me rather than the pills. t
Only difference is you sometimes have to take more of them rather than one gummy it could be like 6 a day which is kinda hard to remember

Most gummies don’t have iron, so I’d add in an iron supplement with them.

I can't do the pills either they make me extremely sick and I throw them up anyway.. I asked my doctor about taking the prenatal gummies and he said they were perfectly fine to take just buy a bottle of iron to take also because that's what's missing in the gummies is the iron we need...

They are fine. Just make sure you take the right dose. I looked at one bottle and it was 4 a day.
