Suffering Withdrawal
Hey guys. I am trying to make the transition to Veganism. I do not eat meat or eggs, only minimal amounts of dairy (in my coffee). However I eat a terrible amount of sweets and grains (buttery breads). Today I ate a chickpea sandwich on one of the butter breads and had frozen bananas for dinner. I am having SEVERE cravings for anything starchy, carby. I am trying to eat as RAW as possible. That’s the goal. Bread is making me fat. But I am SEVERELY CRAVING EVERYTHING BAD MY MOUTH IS WATERING. Burgers, sandwiches, wings, cheesecake, ricepudding, nachos... Help. What can I do to supress severe cravings? And how long until I am out of the woods of withdrawals and can confidently refuse eating such foods?
