HELP BLEEDING NONESTOP

So, I gave birth 15 weeks ago. I was loosing the weight pretty quickly. At my 6 weeks check up I got on depovera (the shot). Birth control. Now my weight is still the same 135 I need to loose 10 pounds to go back to my pre pregnancy weight. My problem lately I have been looking very puffy and heavy in pictures. What should I do 😭😤
