FOR AVA USERS ! I figured out how to read my heart rate variation (HRV ratio)

Okay so when I looked at last months HRV ratio, I swore I saw a pattern. I just started my 5th month using ava.

Well, my 1-3rd months using it I didn't notice a pattern at all.

My 4th month, which just ended 3 days ago, I finally noticed a pattern!

My temperature really pissed me off but everything else showed a clear pattern. But I'm focusing on HRV in this post!

Okay, so look

It's super high near AF time, lowest during the proliferative phase of my cycle, it peaks again the day before ovulation (or maybe that was even the day of?) and then is lower during the early-mid luteal phase (but slightly higher than during proliferative) and goes back up at AF time.

I felt like a genius. But I wanted a second opinion, plus I paid 99 cents on a line graph maker just so I could edit the limits and see shifts more clearly. So I went full crazy ttc lady mode... and did this.

Can ya see that? HRV (which is pretty much what they interpret as our stress levels) changes during the menstrual cycle. AWESOME. I usually never notice a clear pattern! I'm currently on CD3, maybe this month I'll notice it again.
