Azoospermia

My fiancé was recently diagnosed with this condition, he was born with it but never got it checked until about a week or so ago. I’m trying my best to understand and help ,but I do need a better explanation than google provided since I was working during the visit and the doctors paperwork isn’t very helpful. Any help would be muchly appreciated.
