18 & pregnant with my 2nd baby!

I am so scared, I don’t know how to tell my parents (currently living with them) I just feel like such a disappointment because I got pregnant at 16 & both sides on my mom & dads family talked down on me & I can already imagine how they’ll talk about me now that I’m pregnant again. I just need advice...😞😢
