In the UK , and most of Europe, it's really uncommon for men to be circumcised, it's generally only for religious reasons. I can't say I've ever slept with someone that's circumcised, but I don't think I'd have a preference either way.

I think most American men are circumcised. But if you go to any other country it’s most likely most men are uncircumcised. Some countries only allow circumsition if there is a health issue or religious reason.
