Any difference?
Okay, so I started a diet last week and have lost 11 pounds. The pic from November is about the same weight I was when I started my diet. I feel lighter and clothes are starting to fit looser but I am having a hard time seeing a physical difference. Is it there? I could just use a little encouragement. My sister is suppose to be doing this diet with me but she isn’t sticking to it and I haven’t got a lot of support from her or my family.
