I had my first OPK this cycle turn positive on the 9th. What date should I use for dpo? I haven’t been charting temps so I relied on my OPK result. I understand that it could take 12-48 hours to ovulate but I’ve also read it can take longer! All apps and other calculators count from the day of the positive test to determine dpo but i feel like that isn’t accurate if it doesn’t happen until possibly several days later.

Any opinions?

I have gone off of my app telling me I’m 13 dpo today; got a negative HPT on 11dpo. Not sure if this is accurate? My period is due in about 4-5 days. Cycle is 31 days usually
