Help plz !!!

Hey ladies .. I have some questions maybe you all can help me answer it

Basically I’m on a birth implant for 1 year and a half it had some sight effects on me weight gain acne swings mood etc. However I can’t change its with something else rather then pill as I suffer from migraine .

Now the problem is my boyfriend want its removed as he thinks it will affect our relationship and we can use condoms but I’m scared it may not work .

My questions now are.

What are the side effect after removing it ?

Would morning after pill work if I just use them ? Instead of always condoms or using a birth control ?

What do you guys think
