IUI #1 Failed - On to IUI #2 πŸ€žπŸ™πŸ€πŸ€°πŸ€±

Jill

So last night around 9 PM we officially found out that our first IUI didn't work. We have yet to receive a bill from the first one, but they told my husband it would be $1,700.00, but please keep in mind that my husband had low sperm count and low motility and he have been trying to conceive for a year one with no luck ☘, so they haven't tested to see if something is wrong with me. I am thinking they think there is just something wrong with him, after all what are the chances that there is something wrong with both of us? Not saying there isn't a chance that there is something wrong with me too, but my Dr. doesn't seem too concerned, so not sure if should be. I get my period and never miss a period. Are my cycles the same amount of days each time, no, but pretty close, like within a day or two. So, I have around 26 day cycles, sometimes 25 or 24 day cycles. Within this last year is when I started tracking my cycles, so there were a few times where my cycle was 27, 28 and once 21 days. So I guess I would have an irregular period, by definition, so I suppose that adds to our struggle of not being able to conceive, but maybe there is something more going on. I think the only way we are going to know is if I ask my Dr. So when I tell her about our first IUI not being a success, I guess I will tell her my concerns and ask her if she thinks we should test me and see if there is something wrong with me. This has been the longest, hardest year of my life. πŸ˜” Here's hoping IUI #2 is a success 🀞 πŸ§” + πŸ‘±β€β™€οΈ + πŸ‘Ά = πŸ™
