Pregnant on depo

So I'm 22 and I have been on depo since January so far I have received 2 shots I was due for my 3rd shot but I was 3 days late so my doctor did a blood test to see if I was pregnant but I have no systoms of pregnancy and since I didn't get my shot I have cramps but no bleeding I took Tylenol extra strength and a few other pain killers nothing helps could I be pregnant? what can I do for this pain?
