Does anyone rely on their cycle tracker (eve) as birth control?

Just started tracking my cycle on Eve. I was wondering if anyone actually relies on it to not get pregnant. I really don’t want to take birth control and add extra hormones to my body.

Do not rely on this app. You need to get a special thermometer with a few decimal points and take your temperature every day and also track your cervical mucus everyday if you don't want to get pregnant. This app is just an estimate based on a perfect world where your cycle never changes and you never have stress or anything that can change when you ovulate.

You should definitely combo up on multiple FAMs. You can use the calendar method as an estimate but you should use cervical mucus and temperature as well.
