Yepp, looks great. Good for you for asking. 
I had a “friend” who posted a pic of her baby in a car seat and it was all wrong so I said something and she went off on me!! Then a few days later a little girl died in a car accident and the mom said she posted a pic on Facebook and no one told her the baby wasn’t buckled correctly and she wished someone had said something.

it's hard to see where the straps are sitting. from the angle you posted it looks alright. definitely make sure the straps are at or below the shoulder. everything else looks great 😁

Are the top of the straps below her shoulders? When they are rear facing the straps need to be lower than their shoulders. Tension looks great and buckle height looks great!
